1) If something that you want isn’t listed, feel free to ask me to see if I’ll accept it or not.2) Please make sure to provide a reference of the character you want me to draw.3) Not mandatory but please provide additional references if it's possible, such as poses, props, etc. If you dont have any visual references you can also give me descriptions of how the character looks.4) I am allowed to work on personal projects while working on the commission.5) I have the right to decline a commission.6) If the client desires it I can add a free "simple background" which is just a simple graphic design, like geometrical shapes and such, NOT landscapes or architecture.7) The extra character price will only apply when there's various characters in one single piece.8) Please don't upload the updates & final artwork into any AI/Automated tools.9) You will get non-watermarked and watermarked illustration in the endYou can post and use the watermarked version in your personal accounts, but please add the credit
It's better to keep the non-watermarked version to yourself (we don't want strangers to steal and claim it as their own)
PAYMENT METHODS
My main method for payment is through Paypal invoices, which are made fully upfront (this means I have to receive the payment before I start on the commission).NO REFUNDS
DURING THE PROCESS OF THE COMMISSION
First of all you'll contact me EXCLUSIVELY through my discord DM (gamesfan_) and tell me your idea for the commission and I'll give you a price for itI’ll be sending a sketch so the commission can be checked, this is a good chance to let me know if there’s any changes that need to be done.Depending on the commission, I will notify you when each step of the drawing is completed (Sketch > Lineart > Coloring > Shading).
AFTER THE COMMISSION IS DONE
>My commissions are made for personal use only, unless discussed previously. In case of reposting it, don’t remove my signature or claim the drawing as yours.>My artwork is NOT allowed to be made into NFTs (non fungible tokens).
